Black Panther: Wakanda Forever – Plot and Post Credit Scene revealed

Marvel Studios released the teaser trailer of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. This is Marvel’s next big film for this year. With Chadwick Boseman’s demise, we’ll surely get a new Black Panther.

But this will be the first Marvel film whose plot will not be focused on the hero. So, Black Panther 2 will rather focus on the struggle which Wakanda faces in the absence of a King.

Now, before I diving into the plot, let me mention some of the new characters joining the cast of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

The prominent new members are:

• Tenoch Huerta as Namor the sub-mariner
• Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams who’ll later become Iron Heart
• Mitzi Mabel Cadena as Namora
• Alex Livinalli as Attuma

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Plot

This plot leak comes from mystery man Daniel RPK who has been mostly accurate in the past about his leaks. Here’s the supposed plot:

Lake Bell’s character is a scientist. She and her team are searching for vibranium in the ocean with the help of a device made by Riri Williams. Because of this disturbance Namor is awakened and kills her team. Namor goes to Wakanda and seeks help but they turn him down.

Tchalla passes away from sickness. Namor wants revenge and thus wants to kill Riri but Wakanda protects her. Riri’s first suit is made out of cars but when she gets to Wakanda she gets one made out of vibranium

As a result of this, war breaks between Wakanda and Atlantis. Shuri’s mom passes away and parts of Wakanda are flooded as Namor brings the wrath of sea with him. Shuri makes an artificial flower to gain black panther powers and gain the access to the ancestral plane. She expects Tchalla over there but meets Killmonger instead. He helps her become the New Black Panther.

Shuri makes her own black panther suit and there’s another war between the two nations where Shuri finally defeats Namor but doesn’t kill him. Mbaku becomes the new king of Wakanda while Shuri is the Black Panther. Nakia tells Shuri that she has a son from Tchalla and the movie ends there.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever – Post Credit Scene

This movie has a post credit with a stand scene of Dr Doom which is thought to be the one who sent Lake Bells team in the first place. Which implies that Doom was the one who is searching for Vibranium.

Now, this is the most plausible plot leak so far. The plot overall has the vibes of grief, loss and struggle which can also be experienced from the trailer. Without the King, a nation is lost which is what we’ll see in this movie.

Doctor Doom’s connection was already teased in Doctor Strange: In the Multiverse of Madness. So, even if they tweak the plot and the post credit scene most of the things will still remain the same. There may be minor changes.

The official trailer of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever still hints for this plot to be true. I’m sure 80% of what I’ve written in this post will be true.
